The People
Alanna has been with NCF since 2005 and provides leadership and strategic direction to giver-facing teams serving in local markets and regions across the United States. Before the NCF national team, she served as President of the NCF local office in Raleigh, North Carolina. In her current role, she guides the giver experience of liquid and non-cash giving opportunities, consults on the talent lifecycle for local offices, identifies new markets for expansion, and ensures excellent giver experiences across the NCF network.
A career investment banker, now serving the faith-based Not-For-Profit sector. He has responsibility for the property portfolio at Wesley Mission, a large community services company in Sydney, Australia.
Anja joined Sinngeber/Hoffnungsträger in 2022 and has been part of the Giving Fund Team ever since, primarily responsible for back-office operations and further development and innovation. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in nonprofit organizations and foundations, enriched by a year of theological studies and hands-on missionary volunteering experience in the Philippines.
Emile is a director of the Tree of Life subsidiaries that handle investment management and administration for the Tree of Life Foundation. Prior to joining the Tree of Life Group, he was a business consultant and before that held a general management role in a financial services group.
President of Fonte Fund, Brazil's first Christian endowment. PhD candidate in Strategic Leadership at Southeastern University, with a Master's in Religious Studies, a postgraduate degree in Public Law, and bachelor's degrees in Law and Theology. Former Executive Director of Lifeshape Brasil, an organization affiliated with Chick-fil-A. Lawyer and professor for over 10 years. Author of Convergência: Por que tudo te trouxe até aqui?
Gabriel has spent over three decades in leadership roles across business, nonprofit work, and community development. He serves as General Manager at Cornerstone Technologies Romania and, since 2021, as Executive Secretary of Cornerstone Foundation. Much of his recent work has focused on helping Ukrainian refugees in Romania with housing, food, and school supplies, as well as organizing aid shipments to Ukraine and supporting vulnerable Roma and Muslim families in Bulgaria.
Born in 1951 in Zagreb, married to Mirjana Topčić. From an early age he was involved in football, playing in NK Dinamo, NK Zagreb, and NK Dubrava Tim Kabel. He led the family company Tim Kabel as President of the Management Board until his retirement, after which he remained a member of the Management Board.
Jared's role at TrustBridge is to help build out the presence in Asia and support donors on their generosity journeys. He is a huge fan of anything to do with collaboration. Greetings brothers & sisters in Christ — looking forward to our time of gathering!
A faith-driven entrepreneur and investor who believes everything belongs to the Lord — the businesses he has been privileged to start around the world are owned by foundations or donor-advised funds dedicated to lasting impact. He devotes the majority of his time to OpenAg.ai, an open, global initiative to serve farmers by building tens of thousands of small, domain-specific agricultural language models. His work sits at the intersection of faith, technology, and generosity.
Jeffrey serves as Treasurer of KARSA, a Christian organization in Indonesia appointed by the government to manage tax-deductible religious donations and empower underdeveloped communities through education, economic, and social transformation. He is passionate about reflecting Christ's love through generosity and collaboration that brings lasting impact.
Born in Zagreb in 1964, married to Ivić Pašalić, mother of three children. She graduated from the Teachers' Academy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb. After working as a teacher and in state administration, she co-founded one of the first business schools in Croatia in 2003. In 2009, together with her husband, she founded Mundus Viridis, a wood industry company with 100 employees running the Milla&Milli luxury furniture brand. She is co-founder of the Rhema Foundation.

F-nadace is a Christian foundation from the Czech Republic that develops the generosity of donors to support high-quality Christian projects. Marketa coordinates support for primary prevention and ethics lecturers in schools, manages the foundation's buildings and finances, and communicates with funds and donors.
Michael Schmid is Managing Director at Sinngeber, a philanthropic Family Office in Germany serving high-capacity givers. He is involved in local church activities and is a dedicated family man. In his free time, he can be found playing music, chopping wood, or skiing in the Alps.
Born in 1949, married to Ivan Topčić. She graduated from the College of Textiles and Clothing and was engaged in artistic work, creating tapestries in the macrame technique. In 1994, together with her husband, she founded Tim Kabel (wholesale of cables and conductors), which today employs 50 people with business partners in over 70 countries. She is a member of the Croatian Association of Marriage Encounters and co-founder of the Rhema Foundation.
Paul and his wife Kathrin are active in the Generosity Movement, multiplying Journeys of Generosity and co-founding Fondation Générosité. Paul is retired but remains an active board member at Fondation Générosité and TrustBridge Global. They have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren and live in a multigenerational community.
A 56-year-old man, grateful to spend time with people who believe in Jesus, and glad to share testimonies together.
A founding partner in Omnia Economic Solutions, LLC, consulting for Forbes 100 corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and government entities on site-selection and tax strategies. He chairs the Gaudium Et Spes Foundation, a Puerto Rico-based organization funding charitable projects related to child poverty, hospitaller work, and medical missions. Knighted by King Felipe VI in 2022 and by H.H. Pope Francis in 2024 for his work in charitable causes.
Redge serves both TrustBridge and Christian Generosity Foundation Philippines as Executive Director, supporting the mission of generosity and kingdom-focused giving across the Philippines and the broader region.
Tanya loves building meaningful relationships with partners, leading communications, marketing, and engagement initiatives while supporting the ED in strategy and team building. She brings a collaborative, big-picture mindset encouraging creativity and open dialogue. She lives in Merrickville, Ontario with her husband, has 2 adult children, and together they use their home as a ministry to host people in need of respite and rest.
As Founder & CEO of Pangea, Aeron focuses on harnessing AI and innovative technology to empower nonprofit and impact organizations in emerging and frontier markets — removing currency barriers and unlocking new growth opportunities around the globe.
Cindy has been blessed to serve the Christian non-profit world for 20 years in the areas of generosity and collaboration. She is most blessed when she can participate in the Body of Christ coming together to advance Jesus' kingdom on earth. Generosity opens doors to the gospel and advances the kingdom of heaven.
Chief Growth Officer at Switchboard, a nonprofit tech startup in Austin, TX, mobilizing Christians worldwide. After coming to faith during the COVID-19 pandemic, she is passionate about helping others ignite their faith and take ownership of the Great Commission.
James has predominantly worked in and with leadership teams to help them realise their visions, with a background in project management, business strategy, and funding. He has served as Company Secretary and Trustee to a number of charities, advising on governance, finance, and risk management. Passionate about discipleship. James lives just outside Norwich, UK, is married to Penny and has 3 boys.
Born in Zimbabwe with over 40 years of experience in successful business start-ups and involvement in numerous Christian ministries. His entrepreneurial spirit is matched by unwavering dedication to community transformation through the Gospel. As Global Growth Director, he drives the Generosity Path vision of sparking a generosity movement in every country.
Lucy spent her formative years growing up as a missionary kid in Nepal, so the fact that she gets to work for an international organisation reinforces her love of being a global citizen. She works in the People & Culture team at Generosity Path and has truly found her perfect job — both in terms of the role and organisation.

Previously held senior roles in the Government Communications Service overseeing Brexit communications and national public sector recruitment campaigns.
Clare Hsu, Pastor Gordon's wife, is the founder of Woman School, a ministry dedicated to helping women experience healing, growth, and leadership. She partners closely with Pastor Gordon Huang in church planting and ministry. Through her work, she has helped many women rediscover their value and potential.
An executive with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce and digital transformation, and the founder of two consulting firms operating between Italy and the UK. He serves as an advisor to market-leading companies and is actively involved in international startups in artificial intelligence and robotics. He sees in TrustBridge a great opportunity to help advance Christ's Kingdom in Italy, and for many years has been devoted to the mission in Italy, viewing both his professional work and the network God has entrusted to him as a powerful opportunity for Kingdom impact.
South Korean, with a wife and three children. From 2006 to 2017, he lived in Hong Kong and China involved in ministry work. In 2017, he founded Last Call, a Muslim missions organization currently serving Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other regions across the Middle East. Through the FAS Foundation's educational programs, he supports missionaries and helps create sustainable jobs for them.
Over two decades, Emmanuel has been a business executive in his family-owned corporation developing and manufacturing nutritional products, expanding their network of distributors throughout the Pacific Rim. In more recent years, he has been involved in nonprofit work in Asia and the U.S. in leadership development and justice work. His heart is in building relationships and developing organizations with relational accountability and governance.

Pastor Gordon Huang is the founding pastor of Taipei 101 Church and the founder of CTC Taiwan, part of the Redeemer City to City global church planting network. He also launched KUA Global, a platform for media evangelism and creative ministry. Pastor Gordon is currently preparing to establish the Five Two Foundation to encourage generosity and multiply gospel impact in the global Chinese community.
CEO and Co-Founder of WellFunded, a Canadian charity intelligence platform serving major donors across the country's leading donor-advised funds and foundations. His background includes a decade at a small clean water charity, law, technology startups, and telecommunications. Father of two, husband, and when he's not building, he can be found in the small fishing village of Steveston, BC.
Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Kuwait, Malaysia, and Qatar. In 2016, he founded Vision Food, a faith-driven company distributing Korean and Asian food products across the Middle East. Today he serves as CEO of Joseph's Holdings, leading F&B operations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia while carrying out business-as-mission. He and his wife have four sons.

Joyce Chiu is the COO of Taipei 101 Church and the CTC Taiwan Association, overseeing central management functions and partner development. She also serves on the board of World Vision Taiwan. Before joining the nonprofit sector, she spent over 25 years in HR leadership, including serving as Head of HR at Yahoo Taiwan with responsibilities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Sandro is part of the team launching the Italian entity to collaborate with TrustBridge. God showed them the deep need of His Kingdom in Italy and they want to partner to help as much as they can.
A South African living in London working for Tearfund while also coordinating the Global Generosity Network (GGN), a World Evangelical Alliance initiative to integrate Biblical stewardship, generous living, and Kingdom-focused giving into the theology and life of the Global Church. Also involved in a WEA vision to reach everyone with the Gospel by 2033.
A Swiss Certified Public Accountant and former EY manager with a background spanning corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. He holds executive roles in several nonprofit and cooperative organizations, and with experience in venture capital has supported startups through strategic guidance, capital, and hands-on involvement. Adrian was Co-Director of Studies for Integral Economics at the University of Fribourg.
Dana serves in European Development at TrustBridge Global Foundation. Prior to joining TrustBridge, Dana and her husband Dusan co-founded the European Great Commission Collaboration (EGCC) in 2016 and served on its Board of Directors until April 2024. They live in the Czech Republic with their two daughters, Abigail and Magdalena.
Works hand in hand with partners to advance shared goals, believing that the key to this is serving them well. Enjoys exploring film, music, and the visual arts.

Dr. Ivić Pašalić graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Zagreb and worked as a medical doctor from 1986 to 1992. From 1990 to 2002, he was a member of the Croatian Parliament, and from 1993 to 1999 served as an advisor to President Dr. Franjo Tuđman. Since 2002, a private entrepreneur managing the family-owned wood processing company Mundus Viridis. He is co-founder and board member of the Rhema Foundation, established in 2015.
Jim leads TrustBridge's marketing and partnership efforts. He was with NCF for 10 years and has lived in Cambodia and Pakistan. Father of 4, living near Atlanta. He loves Christian history and learning from others.
Kelly was connected with a financial institution before joining TrustBridge 2 years ago. She is grateful for the Lord's direction into the generosity space and would love to hear generosity stories and their impact on changing the lives of both donors and charities.
Marija studied Computer Science and Management in Rome and completed a Master's in Behavioural Economics in Dublin. Upon returning to Croatia, she joined the family company Milla & Milli as Brand Manager. She serves as International Secretary of the Rhema Foundation, helping support 85 evangelization projects across Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, fostering collaboration among Christian communities.
Nikki has been an arts and events manager for 20 years and her career inspired her to start the Stage Management and Events Ministry of Jesus the Cornerstone Christian Ministries in Manila, Philippines. She has trained as a performing arts manager in the US and organized events in Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore. Harvest is her first major event as TrustBridge's Events Manager.
Noel is the VP for Network Relations of TrustBridge and is from the Philippines. Happily married to Lot and blessed with two sons: Nathan and Timothy Joh.
Born and raised in Zagreb, Patricia studied Business and Management in Italy, France, and Singapore, and returned to Zagreb in 2022. She is currently working in her family business and in Rhema Foundation as a fundraising manager.
Marketing Director for TrustBridge Global, bringing a decade of service in the nonprofit sector, including eight years in fundraising and donor engagement with Habitat for Humanity's Asia-Pacific regional office. He also has 15 years of advertising and marketing experience across the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Outside of professional work, Ramon is an amateur music minister.
Bob Collins is CEO of TrustBridge Global, focused on building systems that move donations and capital swifter, safer, and smarter, with greater kingdom impact. He operates at the intersection of finance, regulatory compliance, technology, and outcomes, working with institutions, funders, and global partners to scale solutions that don't just sound good — but actually work.
Tricia is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive operational experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Previously, she was the Director of Operations for National Christian Foundation Tampa Bay and Clinical Coordinator for Social Work at Johns Hopkins All Children's. Tricia has been with TrustBridge since its inception and remains passionate about helping donors and charities mobilize resources for every good work.
